We manufacture & supply PET pre-forms and bottles according to the shape and volume required by a client. We supply specially to those clients who require only small volumes and do not have a large storage capacity.

For the time being we are producing 20g & 42g preforms and will soon be able to offer a 34g preform.

We have various bottle designs and shapes for e.g. oval bottles mostly used for the detergent market, round bottles usually used for bottling of water, fruit juice and syrups.

We are presently blowing 375ml round bottles, 750ml round & oval bottles and 1 liter round bottles.

HDPE Jerry cans and Bottles

We can manufacture any size, shape and design of HDPE bottle that may be required by the client.

At present we can offer to future clients 1, 2 and 5 liters Jerry cans (see picture) as well as 1 liter Round bottle with handle and 1 liter square bottle. All our bottles and Jerry cans have a pilfer proof type cap.

Caps, Closure and other products

We are at present producing a wide variety of caps and closures not only for our own bottles but for other clients too. For e.g. caps for glass bottles & jars used for packing of soya sauce, artist paint and cosmetics. We can also help to design any type of cap to fit any kind of bottle a future client may require.

Our other products include pipe clips, tile spacers, window frame spacer, bolt covers, golf tees to name a few.

Engineering plastics products

We have the ability to process various types of engineering plastics such as nylon (all grades as well as glass filled), polycarbonate, ABS, Acrylic and others.

We are presently making electronic boxes with polycarbonate, T.V decoder box with ABS and various Nylon sliders and parts for the safety door manufacturers and the building Industry.

Injection molds

Talco Plastics has an in house tool room where we manufacture molds not only for our own use but also to supply outside clients. If a client requires a special type of preform of any type, weight or design, may it be for small bottles or jars, we can have molds specially made or commissioned.
